Refund Policy
At SKULL DRAG, we want you to be stoked with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be returned with tags and original packaging (if applicable).

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom printed or personalised items (unless faulty)
📦 Return Process
- Email us at skulldraghelp@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue you store credit.
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to you as store credit within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your store credit is processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
📏 Wrong Size?
We get it—buying online can be tricky. If your shirt doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for the right size (subject to stock availability). Return postage is at your expense.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your gear arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We’ll sort it out quickly with a refund or replacement.
